Dr. Heena Singla is the Program officer at VISION 2020: The Right to Sight INDIA. She completed graduation in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Punjab and post-graduation in Masters in Public Health from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Dr Singla secured top rank during Bachelors and is a Gold medallist during Masters. Dr Singla prepared for civil service with side by side Dental practice in Dental clinic for 4 years. Dr Singla also worked as Pharmacovigilance Scientist in Parexel International (India) Private limited, Chandigarh for 3.5 years and as an Intern in Department of Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, Chandigarh under National Viral Hepatitis Control Program and in Indian Red Cross Society, Haryana State Branch, Chandigarh. She has a publication in International Journal of Community Medicine and Public Health. Dr Singla is a registered Dentist under Punjab Dental Council and life member of Indian Public Health Association and Indian Red Cross Society through Haryana State Branch.
