VISION 2020 – INDIA’s conference is a rare resource of knowledge

Attending a VISION 2020: Right to Sight -INDIA conference is like participating in a hospital and health administration course of 2 years rolled into 2-3 days. Anybody involved in any part of ophthalmic health Industry will find something in it for them. Be it leaders of organisations, optometrists, MLOPs, ONAs, administrators, community health workers, INGOs, Scholars and government bodies. Over the years, the conference has become a rare resource of knowledge for us all. No need to scout for benchmarks or best practices models. The conference is also an opportunity to participate in advocacy issues with the policy makers. I also hope the informal simplicity and ‘first name’ bonhomie  continues in the years to come.
